    • About the hackathon

    We are technologists from "LG Ad Solutions", (formerly known as Alphonso Inc.) looking for women who are passionate about technology; who get a kick out of working on challenging problems; who enjoy steep learning curves to join us as engineering interns. "Code like Ada" is our initiative towards achieving this.


    The event starts with an online qualifier round followed by a short online screening round for selected participants.Top 50 participants get exciting goodies! Top 15 participants will then be invited to an onsite hackathon in Bangalore.


    Top performers in the hackathon win a 2 month internship in the summer of 2025 in our Bangalore office, with a stipend of INR 2.5 lakhs per month!

    Some of the frequently asked questions are answered here, if you have any other question or need any clarification, mail us at hackathon+ada@lgads.tv

    The online test will have questions based on coding, DSA and other computer fundamentals that a prefinal year student can be expected to know.
    The test will be conducted on Hackerrank. Please attempt the test on a laptop or computer with a functioning webcam.
    The top 15 candidates will be invited for an all-expense paid trip to the on-site hackathon in our Bangalore office. The highest scoring candidates from the online test will be invited for a short online screening round. The top 15 filtered candidates will finally be invited for the on-site hackathon.
    All details of the hackathon will be shared with the selected candidates around the third week of January.
    Unfortunately, the online qualifier test is the only way to try and participate in the hackathon. The test will not be rescheduled for singular cases.
